Brandi P. Klineberg is an associate with the firm practicing in the areas of commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Klineberg represents creditors by applying creative problem solving skills to develop strategies and solutions assigned to aggressively meet her clients’ individual needs. Ms. Klineberg is well versed in handling all aspects of the foreclosure process including the final surrender of property, seeking relief under the Bankruptcy Code when borrowers seek to interrupt the foreclosure process, as well as handling the documentation and closings when the creditors assign their interest to a new lender. Ms. Klineberg has successfully represented both institutional and private lenders to obtain their goals in complex contested foreclosure actions. Additionally, Ms. Klineberg represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, including defending creditors in a variety of adversary proceedings, as well as in all aspects of workouts and commercial litigation for financial services companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Klineberg was an associate at a Garden City law firm where she concentrated her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosures and commercial litigation. As a law student, Ms. Klineberg interned for the Honorable Dorothy D.T. Eisenberg of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.

In addition, she is also a member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).
