Rachel A. Fernbach concentrates her practice in the area of not-for-profit and corporate law, representing agencies that provide services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities. Ms. Fernbach also serves as Associate Executive Director and Staff Attorney of the New York State Psychiatric Association, the medical specialty association of psychiatrists practicing in New York State.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fernbach was an Associate at Stein & Schonfeld LLP and a Staff Attorney at the Greater New York Hospital Association.
