William Laino concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation including shareholder and partnership disputes, contract claims, and construction law. He also has experience in sophisticated financing transactions including aircraft sales and leases.

Affiliations

Mr. Laino is an active member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations, as well as the Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court. He also serves as an arbitrator for FINRA.  In addition, Mr. Laino served as a Senior Grade Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy from 1966-1970.
